Saturday 5 August. Hay-on-Wye.

A showery day off in Hay-on-Wye.

The first picture is a street view of Rest for the Tired our B&B. The next 3 pictures show Shiel entering our Tardis-like room. It's actually a very nice place to stay, much bigger than it looks.

The next 3 pictures are just shots taken walking about the town to give some idea what it's like.

Shiel suggested we find the way out of town today, without packs and it was a good idea as it was quite tricky. We walked into town from the South side as it was easier than finding the way out.

Note the 2 river crossings and the schizophrenic way direction sign.
