We spent the morning getting up to date with our blog then walked (~mile) to the Dog and Muffler for lunch. We have booked to eat there again this evening. It is not a pub you are likely to find by accident. It appears very dog friendly, even if your dog has no muffler.
The pub is not easy to photograph as it is buried in vegetation.
